Refund policy
We care about your satisfaction with your purchase. Below you will find the rules regarding returns (withdrawal from the contract) and the procedure for defective products (complaints), in accordance with our store's Terms and Conditions.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
1. Timeframe: In accordance with applicable law and §8 of our Terms and Conditions, as a Consumer (or a sole proprietor making a purchase not related to the professional nature of your business), you have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the Goods. If the order included multiple Goods delivered separately, in batches, or in parts, the period is counted from the receipt of the last item, batch, or part.
2. Return Conditions: For a return under withdrawal from the contract to be accepted:
- a) The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- b) The item must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning (as you would in a physical store).
- c) The item should have its original tags attached and, if possible, be returned in the original packaging.
- d) The item must be free of any foreign odors (e.g., perfume, deodorant, laundry detergents).
- e) Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation) must be included with or presented for the return.
3. How to Submit a Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order.
In the case of a return, please include the completed return form included in your package. If it is missing, you can download it from our website.

4. Shipping Returned Goods:
The returned item must be sent without delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal, to the following address:

Important: According to §8 section 4 of our Terms and Conditions, you bear the direct cost of returning the Goods (shipping costs to us). We do not provide return labels at our expense in the case of withdrawal from the contract. We do not accept parcels sent to us cash on delivery.
The return form is necessary to properly process your return – it contains all the identification details needed to match the returned parcel to the order. Lack of the form may extend the refund processing time.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to §8 section 6 of our Terms and Conditions, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- a) for Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (custom products, made-to-order items);
- b) for Goods liable to deteriorate rapidly or with a short shelf life;
- c) for sealed Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (this applies only to clothing products of a hygienic nature, such as tights, underwear, socks, if their sealed packaging or hygiene seals have been tampered with);
- d) for Goods which, after delivery, by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Note: The possibility of returning sale items is subject to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for Consumers.
Complaints (Damages, Defects, Non-conformity of Goods with the Contract)
1. Order Inspection: According to §4 section 8 of our Terms and Conditions, please check the condition of the shipment packaging upon delivery. If damage is found during transport, we recommend creating a damage report in the courier's presence or otherwise documenting the issue and contacting us promptly. Please also check the contents of the shipment immediately after receipt.
2. Submitting a Complaint: If the received Goods are defective, damaged, not as described, or you received the wrong product, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with §9 of our Terms and Conditions. Please contact us immediately, describing the issue:

3. Seller’s Responsibility: We are responsible for any lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract existing at the time of delivery and revealed within two years from that moment.
4. Complaint Review: We will review your complaint within 14 calendar days of receiving it and inform you of our decision and the next steps.
5. Complaint Costs: In the case of an accepted complaint, we will cover the costs related to collecting the defective Goods, repairing or replacing them, and reshipping them to you (§9 section 9 of the Terms and Conditions).

Exchanges
Our Terms and Conditions do not provide for a direct exchange procedure. The fastest way to receive a different size, color, or model is to use the right of withdrawal (return the Goods as described above) and place a new, separate order for the desired product.
Refunds
1. In the Case of Withdrawal: The refund will be issued promptly, no later than 14 days from receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned Goods or proof of their dispatch. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and without additional costs to you.
2. In the Case of an Accepted Complaint: The refund will be issued as agreed – also via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
3. Bank Processing Time: Your bank or payment operator may require additional time to process and post the funds.
