How can I place an order?
Easy and efficient! Simply add your chosen products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your shipping details. You place your order directly through our online store.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you don't need to create an account to place an order. We understand that not everyone feels comfortable doing so, so you can purchase our clothing without any additional paperwork. Of course, we encourage you to create an account to track your purchase history and complete subsequent orders faster.
Can I edit or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We'll see what we can do.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments are processed through Przelewy24, where you can use BLIK, fast bank transfers, or payment cards. If we don't see your preferred payment method listed, let us know! We may be able to add it soon.
Can I receive an invoice?
Yes. Simply select the appropriate option when finalizing your order and provide your billing information. Quick and efficient.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What are the delivery options and how much do they cost?
We offer delivery via InPost (parcel lockers and courier) and DPD. Detailed delivery costs can be viewed in the basket during checkout or in the Delivery section.
When will my order be shipped?
We process orders within a maximum of one business day. We know that online ordering is always a bit of a challenge, so once your package has shipped, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to keep everything under control.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently process orders within the European Union, but we are working to expand our deliveries. If you need to ship to another country right now, please contact us – we may be able to find a temporary and effective solution just for you.
Can I track my shipment?
Always. You will receive a tracking link via email immediately after your shipment ships.
What if my package hasn't arrived?
We would really hate for this to happen, and we're doing everything we can to prevent it. However, if your package doesn't arrive, please contact us by email. We'll check the shipment status and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is the return deadline?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to make a return.
How can I make a return?
Complete the returns form (available for download on the website) and return the product to the provided return address within 14 days of receiving your order. Details can be found in the "Returns and Complaints" section.
Do you offer product exchanges?
We're sorry, but we don't offer exchanges. In such cases, it's best to return the incorrect item and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
We process refunds within a maximum of 14 business days of receiving the returned shipment. However, we understand that cash flow is crucial, so we strive to process refunds as quickly as possible.
Do you accept every return?
We want your shopping experience to be safe and transparent – for you and for us. We accept all returns as long as the product is unused, clean, undamaged, and has its original tags. However, if we receive a return with obvious signs of wear, soiling, or incomplete, we will not be able to accept it.

How to choose the right size?
Product pages provide detailed information about style, fit, and a size chart, along with the model's measurements. We also strive to include plenty of photos to accurately illustrate each element of each style. If you have any questions, please contact us—we'll be happy to advise. What are your clothes made of?
Quality, durability, and the pleasure of wearing our clothes are paramount to us. That's why we focus on natural, durable, and premium fabrics that are pleasant to the touch: cotton, wool, and viscose. Most materials feature our own proprietary finishes. If you're interested in a specific product, the composition of each model is described in detail on the relevant product page.
Where are your collections produced?
All products are created in Poland, from concept through prototyping and production, in collaboration with local sewing, printing, and embroidery workshops. All knitwear is made to order in Polish knitting factories. The remaining materials are imported from countries such as Portugal and Italy.
How to care for clothes from your collection?
Detailed care information can be found on the product page for each model. We recommend washing clothes inside out, at low temperatures, and without mixing colors. Avoid tumble drying. Iron at low or medium temperatures, even on the inside out. As you can see, it doesn't take much to make our models last forever.
Are there any plans to restock sold out products?
In some cases, yes, but most models only appear once in limited quantities. Of course, we encourage you to sign up for availability notifications for a given product, as someone can always return it so that your desired model can be returned to you.

How do I know your brand is credible?
We're a new, young brand, but we prioritize complete transparency. We design and sew all our clothes locally, in Poland. We prioritize quality materials, reliable service, and customer service. You'll find detailed descriptions and real photos on our website, and our social media channels are full of other information, photos, and other materials that will help you get to know us. Yes. We use a secure SSL protocol and trusted payment providers (Przelewy24). Your data is processed in accordance with applicable law and our privacy policy.
Can I trust you since you're just starting out?
We understand that your first online purchase from a new brand is a significant leap of faith. That's why we place great importance on quality and service. You can return all products within 14 days—for any reason. And if anything goes wrong, we'll always respond.

The first reviews will appear on social media as soon as our collection arrives. Every review, every photo, and every message is important to us—and we share them transparently.
